Things you need to know before attending the
11th Annual Twins of Faith conference
Melbourne, April 14 - 16 2017

Registration
Registration opens 11AM on Friday.
Ensure you bring your tickets with you (printed or on your phone).
Jumu'ah Khutbah starts 12.20 PM by Sheikh Tawfique Chowdhury.
Limited tickets will be available at the door at full price ($99). No group discounts. |

Bright ideas
Aim to arrive around 11 AM. Registration opens at 11 AM so you beat the queues. Grab lunch from the food stalls, explore the venue, relax and eat up.
12.20 PM - Jumu'ah Khutbah with Sheikh Tawfique Chowdhury. Pray Jumu'ah, find yourself some good seats and get set for an awesome weekend! |

Driving?
Car parking is available onsite and costs $10 per day.
Enter from Epsom Road via Flemington Drive all the way to the round about. An attendant will then direct you to the car park.

Catching the tram?
Tram no. 57, Stop no. 30
A shuttle bus will run between the tram stop and grandstand during below timings (it's about 1.5 km to walk!)
9 AM to 12 PM
7 PM to 10 PM
|

|
Thinking about food?
There will be food, coffee and plenty of snacks available at the venue so don't worry about food. You can also bring your own.
Just make sure you are back in time for lectures! :)

|
Worried about the rain or cold?
Don't be!
The grandstand is fully indoors and is centrally heated. The food is indoors too this year so no reason to step out!

|
Seating arrangement
We have limited seating for kids under 10 with parents in the Main Theatre.
We have plenty of seating in the Bazaar and Food court levels for parents with kids under 10 with live video & audio feeds!

|
Little Explorers World
Please feed your kids before dropping them at LEW. Also please provide drinking water. There is no food provided to kids as part of LEW. You will need to pick up your kids during prayer & meal breaks. |

Watch your Abayas!
Due to crowds, please watch your abaya / long skirts while using the escalators. Last year we had many sisters having their abayas caught and having to be cut off. Eyes on the escalator when using them :)

ATMs
The venue has ATMs for all the cash you need for shopping in the Bazaar and of course, the Halal food! But you won't stand in queues if you bring your own cash ;)
|
|
|
And most importantly ....
Make sincere intention before you attend the conference, that you are attending for the sake of Allah alone. Do make a conscious effort that you will aim to get atleast one action out of the conference to implement in your life straight away.

Haven't got tickets yet?
There are a few remaining tickets online that will be shut tonight. If they are sold out, please give us a call on 0470 377 435.
Else, we will have limited tickets available on the day, but this is strictly based on capacity. Please keep in mind this is a fully indoor venue and hence has limited capacity.
