Beef Manhattan
Texas toast topped with whipped potatoes, shaved prime rib, and beef gravy. $12

Wednesday
Beef Fajita Salad
Sauteed beef, grilled peppers and onions, romaine lettuce, pepper jack cheese, avocado, and Santa Fe ranch. $12

Thursday
Double Cheeseburger
Two 4 oz. patties, guacamole, pepper jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, pico de gallo, Santa Fe ranch, and served on a sesame bun. $10

Friday
Crab Cake Sandwich
Maryland style crab cake topped with lettuce, tomato, lemon aioli, and served on a Hawaiian bun. Side of fries. $10

Fried Green Tomatoes
Two poached eggs, fried green tomatoes, bacon, buttermilk biscuits, hollandaise sauce, and a side of fried potatoes. $12
