Texas toast topped with whipped potatoes, shaved prime rib, and gravy. $10

Fajita Salad
Steak strips, grilled peppers and onions, tomato, pepper jack cheese, spring mix, and Santa Fe Ranch dressing. $12

Thursday
Cheese Curd Patty Melt
Two 4 oz. burger patties topped with Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, onion jam, fried cheese curds, and served on grain bread. Side of fries. $10

Friday
Fried Fish Sandwich
Beer-battered cod topped with tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato, and served on a Hawaiian bun. Side of fries. $10

Irish Benedict
Shaved corn beef topped with two eggs (any style), hollandaise sauce, and served on an English muffin. Side of fried potatoes. $10

Candy Cane Shake
Peppermint ice cream blended then topped with whipped cream and crushed candy cane. Make it a spiked shake by adding two shots of Pennsylvania Dutch Peppermint Bark Cream Liqueur from the Wine & Cheese Bar.
