Continue using the practice instructions from the 2nd class during the coming week.

You can practice with Starlight and Melissa, your own animals in physical, other people's animals in bodies, and animals in the wild.

Practice is very important in learning a new skill, so I hope you have some time to practice.  Be sure to make a note of your questions and bring them to class next Saturday, May 22.

I encourage you to use the egroup to share your practice sessions.
