Dear Friend,

There are 2 files on the Participants' Page for you to download, print out, and bring to class tomorrow.

"Three Things Chart"
"Developing Good Questions"

Our focus this Saturday is on expanding your conversations and on being more playful. We'll explore how desires and fears can interfere in your communications.

Then, we'll do a meditation in which you and your inner child will play some games to get you ready to play games with your Animal Teachers.

TO PREPARE:

Print out the files listed above.
Review your practice notes and write down any questions you want to ask in class.
Review the "Tips" PDF that was posted after our first class.

WHAT TO BRING:

The "Developing Good Questions" document.
Questions you'd like to ask about your practice sessions.
Your practice journal for taking notes.
A writing implement.
A glass of water to stay hydrated.
Your beautiful self.

If for any reason you can't make the class or know you'll be late, please send me an email so I won't delay our start waiting for you to come.

Also, if you have questions and you know you can't make the class, please email them to me before the end of today, Friday, so I can address them during class.Thanks.
