I forgot to answer a question Cat put into the chat before class started having to do with tinnitus - ringing/buzzing in the ears.
The only approach I'm familiar with is homeopathy, but there are many others. It may be difficult to find someone where you live who is a trained homeopathic physician, but there are many online who work from a distance.
For some people, buzzing/roaring/ringing sounds in your ears are a symptom of the Ascension process. The sounds can be from higher dimensions, from spirit guides and others attempting to communicate.
