In our 5th and last session, we'll do a meditation to help you restore your playfulness. We'll also discuss some of the important tips from the Tips sheet, and review your comments from the self-evaluation form attached to this email.

TO PREPARE:
- Print out the self-evaluation attached to this email and complete it before class.
- Enter your practice notice in the egroup.
- Review your practice notes and write down any questions you want to ask in class.
- Review the Tips sheet.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Your self-evaluation form and your tips sheet.
- Questions you'd like to ask about your practice sessions.
- Your practice journal for taking notes.
- A writing implement.
- A glass of water to stay hydrated.
- Your beautiful self.
If for any reason you can't make the class or know you'll be late, please send me an email so I won't delay our start waiting for you to come.
Also, if you have questions and you know you can't make the class, please email them to me before the end of today so I can address them during class on Saturday. Thanks.
