23 Dec 2019 Dear Friend,
I hope you enjoy these festive Trentino gnomes. I took this photo last month at the beautiful Mercatino di Natale in Rango in Bleggio (Val Giudicarie). I have wanted to go to this famous market for several years, but I was never in Bleggio at the right time. This year, I spent the entire month of November in Trento, so I was able to visit the Christmas markets just before I returned to England.
I had hoped I could send you a new article before Christmas, but I’ve been awfully busy with client projects, learning about our ancestors from every corner of the province. I have made a start on it, though, and should be sending it to you just after the holidays.
As we near the end of another year, I would like to say (if I haven’t said it recently) how much I absolutely love my work, and how very grateful I am to my clients for giving me the honour of learning about their family history. Next month, I will be 65. I have had many careers in my life – musician, teacher, life coach, business consultant – but researching the people of our beautiful province of Trentino is the most rewarding, fascinating and spiritually uplifting activity I have ever had the privilege to do.
THANK YOU for making my life so wonderful.
A very Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Buon Natale a tutti! Warmest winter wishes, Lynn Serafinn Trentino Genealogy http://trentinogenealogy.com |
