Subject: NEW ARTICLE: The RAMPONI of Val di Sole. Dimaro, Carciato, Magras.

TUESDAY, 25 APRIL 2023

Hello again Friend

Lynn Serafinn from Trentino Genealogy here. Well, we're almost at the end of April. How has the spring been for you so far? Here in England, you can barely tell it's spring at all, as the weather has been so wet and chilly this year. I cannot wait until it gets a bit warmer.

I wanted to let you know about a new article I published on the blog today called:

You can read the article by clicking this link:
https://trentinogenealogy.com/2023/04/ramponi-dimaro-carciato-magras/

A bit shorter than some of my other articles, I aimed to give an overview of the history of the early Ramponi in Trentino. I talk about their Lombardian origins, and their arrival in Trentino in the 1400s. We briefly look at the various branches in Dimaro, Carciato and Magras, and their many noble awards. I also mention some early Ramponi notaries, a Ramponi who was the Vicario of Rabbi, and a Ramponi priest who was the Dean of Val di Sole back in the early 1600s.

I hope you check it out. If you like it, and want to keep or print a copy,
you can download an 8-page PDF eBook in my digital shop
on the Trentino Genealogy website at

The price is only 99 cents US.

If you like the article (and especially if you have Ramponi ancestors), it would be lovely if you could leave a comment on the website letting me know what you thought, or to ask any questions.

COMING SOON: Over the next few weeks, I will be working on a couple of articles I had started last year on the VISINTAINER and the MALANOTTI families. I'll let you know when these have been posted on the Trentino Genealogy website.

Until then, I wish you all a warm and pleasant spring.
