Hey Friend, it's Paul.
E=mc2.
^^ That’s the most famous equation of all time, the theory of relativity.
It’s instantly recognizable to people all over the world. Even if most of them don’t understand what it means. (And I sure as heck don’t!)
The brilliant mind that formulated the theory of relativity was, of course, this dude, Albert Einstein:

When I think of Einstein, laboring to formulate the theory of relativity, I picture him in his study, or maybe a library, surrounded by books and enveloped in silence.
Yeah, not so much.
See, when Einstein graduated from the Zurich Polytechnic in 1900, he was near the bottom of his class. So obtaining a teaching position at a university was pretty much out of the question.
Instead, Einstein had to accept a job at the Swiss Patent Office in Bern.
The pay wasn’t great. The hours were long. And the work was a tedious slog.
Not exactly an auspicious start for someone widely considered the greatest physicist in history.
But check it out:
While toiling away analyzing and validating patent applications for his entry level clerical job, Einstein was doing something else, too:
He was formulating his theory of relativity.
Yep.
E=mc2 was Einstein’s side hustle!
Here’s a theory that helps us understand everything from microscopic radioactivity to the Big Bang, and Einstein formulated it amid the tedium and distractions of his day job.
Now I don’t know if you’re working on a paradigm shifting scientific theory.
But what about that book you’ve been meaning to write?
Or that blog that’s fallen by the wayside?
Or that writing business you’ve been trying to get off the ground?
No, those projects may not transform the world the way E=mc2 did.
But they could transform your world.
They could transform your family’s world. Or your reader’s world. Or your client’s world.
They’re worth fighting for.
And if Einstein can formulate E=mc2 while grinding it out at a 9-to-5, what’s holding you back?
Go get yours.
Stay hungry and keep hustling, -Paul
P.S. -- Next Monday (April 12th), I’ll be releasing my brand new program The 1-Email Workday.
If you write emails for clients or your own business, I think you’ll dig it.
Because it’s a complete system (training, templates, swipe files, videos -- the whole kit and caboodle) for writing emails that increase your impact and income.
I’ll email ya about it next week.
