It took me 8 years before I thought I was a good at truck driving. First week I went out on my own I got lost and ended up in some neighborhood, smh. I kept going though. Got discourage was ready to quit but I’m stubborn so I can’t just quit something.
So when I grew tired of being gone all the time. I started looking into something new to do. I decided to go online and make some money. I’ll tell you what. They make it sound so easy. Hit a button or two….Watch the millions come pouring in….Did not quite work out that way. First attempt I bombed. Of course I wasn’t prepared. I quit for 3 months….As usual you must play the blame game when things don’t go your way. I blamed any and everybody.
Then I was driving the truck and it sort of hit me. Why stop trying? I laughed and thought hell it took forever for me to back into a parking spot without taking 30 mins at a truck stop. Once I stopped driving I whipped out my computer, pen and notebook. Started doing more research and studying. Fail once okay. Fail again, fail some more but I’m not going to stop until I get what I’m looking for. A year later I’m more up the mountain, life is happier, course I’m not where I wanna be. But you know what the journey is great and I’m learning putting things into action. I write all that to say…
