Phil Hartsfield Customs

All knives in this reserve offer were collected directly from the legendary knife maker, Mr. Phil Hartsfield. They were each hand-selected by dealer, Neil Ostroff. All of these units originated at the Plaza Cutlery Show during an event over 10 years ago. They have been held in our "climate controlled" Private Reserve stock since their original purchase date and are all brand new, never offered units.

Phil Hartsfield (1932 – May 20, 2010) was a Southern California sword and knife maker based in Garden Grove, California. He is noted for popularizing the chisel ground blade in the western world. Hartsfield's designs have influenced many modern knife makers, and continue to be emulated to this day.
