We are well into 2023 and I thought I'd pop in to share what we are up to.

Guess what? I did a NEW thing. I have a new baby.

I started a new Company called Why 2 Live Well LLC, where I partner with women and organizations to teach their employees the L.I.V.E. Method of Wellness so that they can live well, work well, build well, lead well, and unlock new levels of productivity, authenticity, and purpose.

We also picked up 2 new certifications to work with corporations in a unique way. Corporations need support on wellness and DEI initiatives to support the well-being and belonging inadequacies employees face. Because of that, I am happy to say that I have acquired a 'wellness in the workplace' certification and 2 DEI certifications. Check out the badges below. You may be wondering if I'm still providing therapy and the answer is YES. I'm working on several certifications including EMDR, IFS, and Brain spotting. You will see more about these modalities listed on my new website coming soon.

One of the other exciting training opportunities is for unlicensed clinicians needing hours. We have so much fun in my interactive supervision groups.
