We just got off a call with Jonathan, and we were able to video chat with him and Matthew, who is on a ventilator. He gave us the thumbs up and as much of a smile as possible with all the tubes in his mouth. Around noon California time, he will have an MRI for his back and neck, after which the neurosurgeon will determine if surgery is necessary. It looks probable at this point. Elizabeth will be arriving there Monday night. Todd will be going there as well, but we don't yet know exactly when.

Matthew has movement in his right arm and legs. His left arm is warm, though his hand is cool to the touch, and they cannot detect a pulse yet in that arm. Please continue to pray for Jonathan as he is there at the hospital alone with Matthew. Praise that a friend will be coming from Florida tomorrow noon to visit them.
