Take time out of each day to make sure that you are taken care of. Only you know what that is. Self care is incredibly important. Find something today that will feed your body, mind, soul or all three.

Message about having multiple sittings
I get a lot of questions about having multiple sittings. I recommend that you wait at least four to six weeks in between sittings, but of course if you feel that you want to come back sooner, that is definitely welcome too. This gives you a chance to listen to your recording and reflect on the messages that were delivered, before returning for another sitting.
This is my advice for getting the most information, quality and insight out of your sitting.
