Welcome to May everyone! I hope you had a great April and are looking forward to the warmer months ahead. I just got back from a week long vacation in Moloka'i and I am feeling so rested and relaxed! I had a great vacation but I am ready to get back to sittings with all of you. Check out some of my travel photos below and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your month!

With all of the information out there, sometimes the best thing you can do is go back to the basics. Consistent rest, healthy eating, exercise and spending time in nature will do wonders for your body, mind and soul. Try it this week and see what happens.

Message about having multiple sittings
I get a lot of questions about having multiple sittings. I recommend that you wait at least two to three months in between sittings, but you are of course welcome to come back sooner. I recommend this because it gives you a chance to listen to your recording and reflect on the messages that were delivered, before returning for another sitting. This is my advice for getting the most information, quality and insight out of your sitting. |
