An Intentional Summer
With summer just two weeks away, many of us are planning trips and looking forward to a more relaxed pace of life. Summer often brings much joy, connection and adventure, and I wish you all love and blessings as you step into yet another new season.
With all this new energy and excitement it can be easy to find ourselves distracted, forgetting that we can remain focused and intentional while we delight in this special time of globetrotting, beach-going and barbequing. Thankfully, we don't have to choose one or the other; we can have fun and continue to grow and evolve.
What have you accomplished that you don’t want to lose? What are the dreams that you still want to work toward? How do you feel, how do you want to feel, and what is required to make that happen? Before we get swept up in summertime, let us take a few moments to set some intentions for who we want to be and what we want to do over the next couple of months.
Do you want to make progress on that new business venture? Do you want to continue to maintain your healthy lifestyle? Do you want to connect more deeply with your friends, family or partner? Whatever it is don’t let it get lost in the sunshine, and set some goals and intentions for this new season so that it will be the most meaningful one yet. |
