Appreciation
Many of us lead fast-paced, hectic lives. It seems like the majority of the time we are dealing with one issue after another; whether it be health, career, relationship, or family related. These burdens often weigh so heavily that we can lose sight and impact of the fortunate areas of our lives and take them for granted.
Even when life becomes overly chaotic, remember, there are always gifts to appreciate. Rather than disregarding these positive aspect in life, pause to cherish these privileges. We therefore regain balance and feel less intensity of our stressors. In turn, we become better equipped to handle troubles in the future.
Take the time to reboot an outlook on a current situation. Ease a worried mind by feeling gratitude for all the wonderful things that we are graced with, both big and small. |

After 15 years of giving private sessions, I understand death, loss, grief, and pain on all different levels. This book is a testament to those who have been so brave to open up to me and share their losses and also their transformations, from pain to closure. While those stories remain private, the underlying healing is the same for almost everyone, unconditional love, and how to bring that love into your being when you need it most.
