Thank
you to everyone who came out to my Spirit Circles in 2019. I am
very grateful for all of your love and support! Thank you also for
consistently reaching out to me and asking me to do more Spirit Circles
in other countries. I love being able to share my gift around the world!
I am working on my dates for 2020, and will include the following areas
of Southern California:
Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire
and I am adding a new location this year-Palm Springs!

Tim's Helpful Hints For Mind, Body and Soul:
One of the things that I try to do is drink half an ounce of water for each pound I weigh, everyday. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, that would be 75 ounces of water a day.
