The final month of the year is upon us and with it comes a lot of festivities and holiday celebrations with loved ones near and far. This time of year can also be difficult for those of us who have lost loved ones. It can be hard to adjust to change, but always remember that your loved ones are with you in Spirit. Light a candle in their honor, start a new tradition, or revive an old tradition. Laugh with your loved ones that are still with you and smile for the memories you have had with the loved ones that have passed. I'm so grateful that you are part of my spiritual extended family. I am always here for you when you would like to communicate with your loved ones. I wish you a wonderful holiday season and I hope to see you soon for a personal sitting.
