Hi everyone! I hope the new year is treating you well! Everyone faces change at different points in their lives, and I am no different. After nine years at my office, I am looking for a change and moving locations! I am very excited about this, and I am hoping you can help. | | Ideal Office Space
- A waiting room would be ideal but not mandatory.
- Window/natural light.
- Cozy, comfortable, relaxing room with very minimal outside noise. It is very important for me to have a quiet environment.
- I am looking in the Southern Orange County area. Ideally close to the freeways. I am open, but not limited to Costa Mesa, Irvine, Tustin, Newport Beach, or anything that is a 20-30 minute commute from Dana Point.
- I am looking for a space with a square footage between 100 and 200 square feet. I am open to month to month lease or a yearly lease.
