Spring Cleaning
Spring has officially sprung, granting us the chance to bid farewell to some of the unfavorable winter season qualities. Many can agree that it's a pleasant change of pace to welcome in a little more sunshine and forgo the brisker weather, the higher risk of catching a cold, and, of course, the busy holiday season.
It's also a perfect time to take inventory of your home or office. Setting aside time to reorganize and rejuvenate these spaces, that we so often spend much of our lives in, is a necessity to maintain our utmost well-being. The mentality that "a clear space is a clear mind", should not be underestimated. Decluttering the physical junk positively declutters the junk sitting upstairs in our minds. It enables us to refocus our priorities by creating a more concise, mental "to-do list". Not to mention how it can encourage us to let go of unneeded worries that may be hanging around in our minds because something related may still be hanging around our desks.
With that, I advise everyone to start your spring cleaning and be rewarded with a fresh environment and mind.
