The New Ayurveda Mentoring Group The Ayurvedic Mentoring Group is going great guns. We've met twice in November and it is really growing. This is a twice monthly online class. We meet on the first and third Thursdays of every month at 7 PM for one hour. I will be teaching the basic and advanced principles of Ayurveda as well as answering your questions you have about any aspect of Ayurveda and treatment. I forward to seeing you in the class.
