How are you getting on with the lockdown so far?

Personally, I feel a lack of stimulation from traveling/work which I now tend to seek in mentally draining entertainment such as video games, movies, watching YouTube videos, etc which are all high dopamine sources.


This addictive behavior is leading to large amounts of boredom, lack of motivation, and inspiration trying to stick to anything else. Going to sleep late and wake up late. I tell myself that now it's the time to finally stick to my video creation, personal development, meditation routine, etc but when you are high on dopamine nothing really seems to "motivate" you.


However, I also know I am blessed that I live from walking distance from a decent size common.


Which for me looks like a very nice rural forest. The weekends are normally packed with people but weekdays, early mornings and late evenings can be very quiet and peaceful.


I know many people had to lock themselves up in their apartment surrounded by a concrete jungle. If you are that person then please feel free to enjoy this short virtual nature walk with nature sounds only (no talking or music). Use it for relaxation, self-reflection, or journaling for personal/spiritual growth.
