Let's check in with Nathan. How are you doing, Nathan?

"You gotta be kidding me. I've had a landlord spying on me, someone trying to kill my girlfriend because she was 'too righteous', a cop driven to send me on a direct path to the afterlife, and a moment when the only one I could trust was a dominatrix, and you want me to make small talk? Don't you have something better to do like challenge yourself on how to make a quilt out of a pencil and a peanut?"

Okay. Again, not the right time to chat with my protagonist. Ezra here, again.
Writing these books has been a great way for me to reconnect with my own personal heritage and beliefs. Connecting with beliefs is very hard for me because, as a science teacher, I prefer to stick to evidence.
That's actually why I wrote The Torah Codes. Based on the actual Torah code phenomenon, those codes at least gave me something to evaluate scientifically. Unfortunately, the science was based on statistics and, like a lot of old-time physicists who have trouble embracing statistics-based quantum physics, I'm not much of a statistics-embracing dude.
There was another reason why I wrote The Torah Codes. I couldn't find any flaws with the statistics. My attitude became, "This is causing me so much angst, I'm just going to make a story out of it and let the rest of the world feel the same angst I feel."
So there you have it. When it comes to angst, I'm a very sharing person. Isn't that sweet?
