Are you ready to Resist Unproductive Negative-Thoughts (RUN) Routinely?

Below are some things you need to do to align yourself with success and get prepare for your time with me, Coach Tina FJ and my team.

I want you to be “all in” on this journey. Part of being “all-in” is showing your participation by making comments on Instagram. Think of it as how you are being accountability.

I want to know WHO YOU ARE and that you’re with me for this journey of resisting negative thoughts and increasing your productivity and improving relationships in your business.

Read carefully, I want you to do a few things to get the most out of the 21 Day RUN Routine Challenge…

1. Open all emails from Coach Tina FJ and JTI. This is VERY IMPORTANT to make sure you receive all information for challenge. If you don't hear from us for a while, check your spam box. We'll be emailing you soon.

2. Turn your notifications ON for my Instagram page - during the challenge I will be posting the daily affirmations and tips on my page instagram@coachtinafj. You will need to have easy access, so turn my page notifications ON!

3. Download and print out your 21 Day RUN Routine Journal. 
Journaling is essential to the process. Something special happens when you write ideas, thoughts, and dreams down and when you write out your missions and goals. Goals like resisting unproductive negative thoughts to improve your mindset which naturally increases productivity and makes space for new and better relationship.

4. Resist Negative Thoughts – Resisting negative thoughts is scriptural. “Resist the devil and he will flee from you,” James 4:7. We are battling the devil of our minds. Love ALWAYS beats evil. We are loving ourselves enough to fight the enemy of our thoughts (the devil) by intentionally replacing the negative thoughts with positive thoughts that are loving and kind. Margaret Thatcher said,” You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.” Thus, the 21 Day RUN Routine Challenge.
