Journaling is essential to the process. Something special happens when you write ideas, thoughts, and dreams down and when you write out your missions and goals. Goals like resisting unproductive negative thoughts to improve your mindset which naturally increases productivity and makes space for new and better relationship.

Resist Negative Thoughts – Resisting negative thoughts is scriptural. “Resist the devil and he will flee from you,” James 4:7. We are battling the devil of our minds. Love ALWAYS beats evil. We are loving ourselves enough to fight the enemy of our thoughts (the devil) by intentionally replacing the negative thoughts with positive thoughts that are loving and kind. Margaret Thatcher said,” You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.” Thus, the 21 Day RUN Routine Challenge.
