As it turns out, the main reason many people struggle to lose weight is that they have a faulty metabolic switch.

Your cells need sugar to burn for energy.  So, the switch shuttles the sugar into the cells where it’s needed.  And if you have too much sugar, the switch directs your body to pee it out – NOT to store it as fat.

In other words, when the switch is working, excess sugar doesn’t end up on our love handles.The same is true about fat.  The metabolic switch sends fat where it’s supposed to go too.

When your metabolic switch is on, your body regulates its own weight, naturally.

So, the key to losing the weight - and keeping it off - is to simply flick on your metabolic switch.
