Hello, Writers!
This week, I finished Dawn French's latest novel, Because of You. The opening is two characters giving birth at the same hospital. Very dramatic. I can't tell you much more because I don't want to spoil the journey.
I'm currently reading, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Reid who uses an interesting narrative structure (interview questions, newspaper articles, and flashback) to tell the life story of the famed Hugo--all those husbands also add story structure.

Thursday, June 17, at 1 pm Eastern (10 am Pacific): Fiction through Prompts. In this online, video conference webinar, you'll learn about a literary device and we'll write to a high-end prompt for 25 minutes and then, the group shares the results and offers feedback.
