We’re so excited about this weekend in the gorgeous Blue Mountains, and looking forward to seeing you for a deeper dive into personal reinvention.
Here are a few little details about timing and logistics.
Friday
While our retreat doesn’t officially begin until Saturday morning, we’ll be around on Friday evening and would love to meet up for dinner if you’re not otherwise engaged. Once we have settled in, we’ll send you a text message letting you know when and where to meet if you’re keen.
Saturday We’ll have tea and coffee available in the Henry Parkes Boardroom from 8.30am and will kick off properly at 9am. Lunch is of course included, plus we'd love you to join us for a drink and nibbles later in the afternoon, after your chosen activity. We'll have everything you need for the session, so no need to bring notebooks and pens etc unless you particularly want to.
We’ll wrap up the session around 2.45pm, and then proceed to our activities of segway (3pm) or massage (4pm).
We’ll arrange to meet up again for dinner (optional) but equally if you’d rather a quiet night in, that’s absolutely fine.
Sunday
Our optional Yoga class is at 8am. We’ll let you know the location.
Our session will start at 10am and we’ll wrap up for the day at 2.45pm.
Clothes: Just be comfortable.
We’ll be providing you with some goodies and your program materials to take home, so ensure you have a little bit of room in your baggage. Feel free to contact us at any time with any questions.
