Question: "Concerning whey isolate: What about cross flow micro-filtration? And whey protein hydrolysate? Please give me your understanding of what is best."

Hydrolyzed means that the amino acids and proteins (simply a chain
of amino acids) have been CHOPPED up by an acid before packaging.
This is an INSULT to the best food on the planet. Chopping
destroys the structure of amino acids and proteins...The structure
is what makes them work (detox, anti-cancer, anti-aging, skin, hair nails, organ function, and a whole lot more)...The sales hype dictates that
this destructive process is best for digestion - small size easy
digestion. Stupid.

Cross flow micro-filtration is simply a filtration process. It
filters ALL the good stuff (without damaging it) from fat and
cholesterol. This is not to say that fat and cholesterol are
bad...ITs just saying that since Whey Advanced by HealthFX
