Subject: ~What's the best omega-3???

Fish oil supplements…krill oil supplements…omega-3's…

It's that one mysterious buzz word at the end - omega-3 - that really
grabs people. They don't know what it is, just that it has something to
do with anti-inflammation...So they buy it and swallow the hype.

According to the National Institutes of Health, fish oil is the #3 most
widely used "health supplement" in the U.S. Roughly 10% of Americans have
been duped into believing fish oil is good for them.

People are mesmerized by the phrase "omega-3 fatty acids" — which are
believed to be the holy grail for soothing the flames of inflammation.

(They're not.)

People are even more hypnotized by EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA
(docosahexaenoic acid) and DPA (docosapentaenoic acid) — all of which
are derived from highly processed fish oil supplements.

In Over-The-Counter Natural Cures, I wrote that these marketing terms have
become a religion - nutritionism. Instead of seeking food, people seek real food
terms, phrases and marketing buzzwords.

Does anyone even have a f@#king clue what they are really eating under the
reign of nutritionism?

Nope…but that doesn't matter. The words are appeasing and they know other
people eating the same crap. They even hear celebrities talking about them.

Marketers have discovered all they need to do is slap these hypnotizing
words onto supplement bottles and boom…consumers purchase them in
droves.

Here's the ugly truth:

Fish oil pills are HIGHLY PROCESSED and TOXIC.

They're a waste of your money…AND they could be damaging your health.

Plus, the hype about omega-3's is just that — hype.

A New York Times article reported that "Omega-3s may raise prostate cancer
risk." In a study, men with HIGHER levels of omega-3s in their bodies were
found to have a 44% increased risk for low-grade prostate cancer and a 71%
increased risk for high-grade cancer.

In fact, a March 2015 New York Times article pointed out, "The vast
majority of clinical trials involving fish oil have found no evidence that
it lowers the risk of heart attack and stroke."

Dr. Andrew Grey, an associate professor of medicine at the University of
Auckland in New Zealand, said, "The sales [of fish oil supplements] are
going up despite the progressive accumulation of trials that show no
effect."

These are solid studies! Well designed, well tested, and test again, the
science over the last 20 years is not up for discussion.

It's fact, processed fish oils are crap.

Who is behind the hype? The makers are of course, BIG PHARMA!

If you missed that, let me be more clear…Yea, fish oil is a product of
Big Pharma, not nature!

For example, CVS Pharmacy, the 2nd largest pharmacy in the U.S., is making
a killing selling "krill oil supplements" to a highly susceptible consumer
market.

Krill are small crustaceans that populate all the world's oceans. They're a
vital part of the unique Antarctic ecosystem.

There's no science to back up that krill, or any other fish oil, is worth a
sh%t to human health. But it's true that trolling the ocean for gobs of krill
is crushing aquatic life...

So, I'll spell out reality for you:

You don't need krill or other fish oil supplements — or any omega-3's —
to be healthy.

If you're looking for the shotgun approach to health, then you need to be
taking are plenty of unprocessed fats from grass fed beef, salmon, coconut oil,
cod liver, avocado, seeds and nuts.

Curious about a real supplement that can thwart inflammation?

Then you need to be taking TURMERIC LOADED WITH
CURCUMINOIDS.

Curcuminoids are nature's real answer to inflammation.

If you don't know about turmeric and curcumin, then the Big Pharma
marketing noose has already choked you out.

It replaces fish oils, synthetic vitamin D, store-bought multi-vitamins and
over 200 prescription meds!
