The best thing you can do for longevity is drink pure water...Natural spring
water is best. But it can get very expensive.

To ensure that you and your family get the best water, I've been
testing dozens of water filters. 99% of them are a waste.

Most filters are simply activated carbon, which is a very porous form of
carbon that latches on to many impurities. But it doesn't get fluoride and
