I should have titled this, "What Don't I Give My Kids!?" It'd make way more sense because then you could let your family eat and drink anything outside of that...The list would look something like this:
- Sugar - Gummie Vitamins - Medications (Allowed only if dying) - Vaccines (all 4 are vaccine-free) - Juice - Fortified milk - Flavored waters - Almond milk - Vitamin water - Fortified bread - Vitamin D pills - Gatorade
All of the above items are OFF LIMITS. Total garbage. And anyone marketing or selling this sh#t to kids should be thrown into a muddy, alligator infested swamp with whole chickens ties around their neck...
Sorry, I take that back...I'd never let that out in public. Lets just say they shouldn't be working in sales.
Things I do give my kids are lots of love, attention and discipline. And when it comes to eating and drinking, these are our staples:
- Humane raised meat - Veggies - Raw Milk - Organic fruit - Spring water - Eggs - Butter - Avocados - Whey Advanced - Dave's Bread - Honey
Of course there are birthday's and such...so mom whips up a honey-sweetened, ganache cake. It's a hit 4 times a year!
