Do you know Jack LaLanne?

Take 4 minutes to learn what he lived for, in my eyes.

To all of those people who are living young, and overcoming various
challenges, Jack LaLanne reminds us that we can be our worst
enemy, or our own biggest fan.

I never met Jack, so I can only hope that my words about him and his
impact on all of us are what he would have wanted to be remembered for.
