The New York Times reported on yet another study showing that, “The muscles of older men and women who have exercised for decades are indistinguishable in many ways from those of healthy 25-year-olds.”
This is hormone intelligence at work! And you don't need to be 25 years old to have it. In other words, as long as you train your body to have proper hormone balance, output and sensitivity (BOS), you can be live young, at any age.
Today, many elderly people are experiencing frailty, illness, and dependence…rotting away in nursing homes, unable to even stand up from their chairs.
But this is all unnecessary.
The researchers studied a group of active septuagenarians (i.e., people age 70-79). Looking at their training, lung capacity and strength, the authors concluded that these individuals “had much higher aerobic capacities than most people their age…making them biologically about 30 years younger than their chronological ages.”
30 YEARS YOUNGER THAN THEIR REAL AGE!!!
Can you imagine?
A 70-year-old who’s physically active is biologically similar to a 40-year-old who’s physically active.
