Most chocolate manufacturers have completely BOTCHED the chocolate-making process. They've turned chocolate from a nutritional food into a sorry, unhealthy excuse for a dessert.
Cacao beans (which is where chocolate comes from) were intended by Mother Nature to be packed with high-density nutrients that are invaluable to the body.
Eat pure, raw cacao and you just might morph into Superman (or Superwoman).
Ancient Mayans knew this thousands of years ago and ate as much cacao as they could.
But today, chocolate resembles NOTHING like its ancestral roots. Eating typical chocolate products is like asking for diabetes, mood swings, obesity, and other health problems.

P.S. Here's the TRUTH about chocolate: it's only a "guilty pleasure" if you're eating an inferior, sugar-laden, butchered form of it. If produced correctly, chocolate is an amazing superfood that nourishes the body.
