Enjoy! +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Simple Eating in 2006 By Shane Ellison, M.Sc. Copyright(c) 2006 www.healthmyths.net Optimal health does not have to be complicated. Here are some pointers. Eat 3-4 meals daily spaced out by 3-4 hours for men and 4-5 hours for women. An early breakfast is most important. Snacking is prohibited. By following this meal frequency you will be activating what is known as diet-induced thermogenesis (DIT). When you frequently consume healthy calories your body will constantly respond by converting calories to heat – fat storage will be limited. In contrast, if you don't adhere to this meal frequency your body will go into storage mode. Any and all calories are stored as fat. Meals might consist of grass fed beef (London broil, sausage, New York Strip, ect), eggs (the whole egg), pork, beans, rice, chicken, salads, steamed vegetables, coconut oil (for cooking and in tea), fish, bread with REAL butter, cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, and avocados. Limit your drinks to purified water, water with squeezed lemon or green tea. Stevia is the only sweetener allowed. Eat for health, not entertainment.
