Subject: Should I Eat Meat? (Low stock alert!)

I'm way behind on a huge writing assignment, so I have to make this
short.

First, many are wondering about eating meat.

Recent headlines have been yelling that meat is dangerous due to new research
showing that L-carnitine scars arteries and therefore causes heart attack.

Sounds scary...But it shows how ignorant the media and medical community
can be!

Previously, meat was dangerous due to "saturated fats." Then science
proved that every one of our cells are made of saturated fat and
without it we would all die without it. Specifically, the naturally occurring fat
makes up the squishy layers of our cellular membranes. As we deny our
body fat from red meat, we compromise our cellular machinery.

Once this evidence went mainstream, they had to switch their story...Enter
L-carnitine.

Big Food (companies who profit from meat alternatives like
GRAINS AND SOY) now claims L-carnitine found in meat will rip your
heart out. Here is the stupid part...Fish and mammas milk are loaded with
L-carnitine. Neither of those ultra-healthy foods give rise to heart disease.

Thus, outside of any religious beliefs, unprocessed, grass fed organic meat is great.
