Subject: Quick way to measure how fit (or unfit) you are!
Friend,
Below there are some numbers showing the latest discounts on select
products...
I do everything "by the numbers." It's part of being a chemist...
Though, even before I was a chemist, I still did everything by the numbers.
Every action for me always came with "how many minutes it would take" to
get it done.
Driving to school, 12 minutes.
Studying for a test, 22 minutes.
Reading my Biology 101 book the night before the final after skipping
class for the entire semester, 5 hours. (I got a B...After using my "curse
of gab" with the professor, he decided to give me a B for the whole semester.)
Losing 7lbs of water before weigh-in for college wresting, 2 hours.
..Numbers never lie, which is why I love them so much. Without them, we
lie to ourselves. They are the truth in a world full of lies...And you
can use them to measure whether or not you are getting more fit.
Start measuring your resting heart rate in the morning when you wake up.
Use your phone....I use the "Instant Heart Rate" app. It's accurate.
If you are out of shape, start using the 6 habits at www.dietbookthatworks.com
and watch as your cardiovascular system strengthens itself. The stronger
it gets, the less your heart has to work, which means your resting heart
rate will plummet.
Mine was 39 BPM this morning.
Bam!
