Friend,
I treat every
flight likes it's my first one.
I
visually check fuel, oil and
airworthiness. Gear, tires and
every nut and bolt is inspected like
a kid seeing a plane for the first
time.
I'm the
same way with food and pills. I
study the label rigorously. The
first thing I look for is sugar -
cane sugar, organic sugar, raw sugar,
whatever. If it's there I don't
buy it.
Second,
I look for synthetic ingredients -
things like vitamin D (D3 or D2),
folic acid, calcium, CoQ10, B12 or
niacin. I stay away from them
all.
Third,
I look to see what the capsule is
made of. If it reads "veggie
cap," then I know it's not good for
me or my family.
Few
people understand the definition of
"veggie cap." Most envision a
shiny hunk of verdurous broccoli and
assume it's a healthy addition.
Wrong.
A
veggie cap means your nutrients are
wrapped in hypromellose, a glue-like
substance that can bind-up nutrients
and block absorption. I've
never used "veggie caps," not do I
swallow them.
This morning's
pre-flight went perfect. My
bird was ready to fly. A 6am
liftoff, I
was met with smooth, warm air and
absolutely zero air traffic.
I strapped on oxygen and clawed my
way to cooler air at 13,500 ft.
It was just me, the sky and my
Bluetooth playing a mix of Tupac,
Kevin Gates and Slipknot.
It
wasn't long before I was looking down
at Canyon de Chelly.
Canyon de Chelly
was the longtime home of the
resilient and resourceful Navajo
people. In the early 1800's it
was invaded by forces led by New
Mexico governor Lt. Antonio Narbona.
Like a greedy terrorist he
wanted more land...Over the years of
fighting, the resulting devastation
led to the surrender of the Navajos
and their removal to Bosque Redondo,
New Mexico.
Today, our food
and pills are being invaded by Big
Pharma, in total
secret.
Few people are
aware of the invasion as shown by the
growing tendency to accept anything
labeled as a "vitamin."
Start reading
labels like your life depends on it.
Dare to live
young,

Chemist
