We greeted 2018 with a bang!

...I can't take the credit for this mega-party.

It's all thanks to my toddlers, Aubrey and Skyler.

...We pondered a night flight over the city.

...We considered a cabin in the mountains.

And we thought about a fancy dinner overlooking
New York City.

But, when we asked the kids what they wanted, it was
pretty clear that they didn't care about any of that.

They wanted to watch a movie in our bed and cuddle...

"What movie?"

"King Fu Panda 3!, yay!"

And so it was...Our little survey showed us what was going to be
fun for the kids.

We piled into the bed, Lea-Ann grabbed a bottle of wine and the kids
put the movie on. Blair took the Love Sac and Lily grabbed a chair.

We brought 2018 in with a crowded bed, a bottle of wine and a ton
of pillows. Po rocked the Spirit World and the Mortal Realm. As above,
so below, he entertained the kids and kept us chilling at home.

That wouldn't have been my choice. But if the kids are happy, we're
happy. Plus, it allowed me to get up early and spend quality time with
my teen, Lily.
