Subject: ~Medication FEMINIZES Men!

Friend,

The word it out!

A common drug feminizes men and makes women lethargic.

The International Journal of Obesity sounded the alarm on blood pressure
meds known as “beta-blockers.” In a huge blow to patients worldwide,
they proved that the meds "are helping to fuel the obesity epidemic." The
researchers found that after a meal, beta blocker users burned roughly 30
to 50 percent fewer calories!

Researchers noted other terrible outcomes. It was as if men were
being feminized and women made lethargic. In the results, they wrote that,
“Among weight-matched β-blocker users, diet-induced thermogenesis, fat
oxidation rate and weekly habitual activity were lower by 50%.” The
outcome was lower testosterone and higher estrogen!

These devastating effects were highlighted in my latest diet book, The Stop
Eating So F#$%ing Much Diet. It explained that the drugs do this by
“dampening the body's ability to burn calories. Downstream, we lose
hormone output, balance and sensitivity.”

The culprits are popular drugs known as atenolol (Tenormin), metoprolol
(Lopressor, Toprol-XL) and carvedilol (Coreg).

Regardless of exercise or diet, these medication choke metabolism.
Hormones like insulin surge and cause overt obesity as well as heart
disease and diabetes.

After getting her husband off beta-blockers, one fan wrote that she was
happy to say that, “She is not the only chick in the marriage,
anymore!”

Beta-blockers are not the only medications that promote weight gain and
feminization. Antidepressants, corticosteroids and some diabetes
medications are also guilty.

Sadly, most people attribute their weight gain to getting older, not the
deadly drugs. So what should you do if you're on a beta blocker?
