A Merry Christmas email was a stark reminder about the doctors and chiropractors I've known over the last 25 years...who "dropped dead unexpectedly" from heart failure courtesy of calcification...
In my first ten years as a rogue chemist, I had many allies who carried the message of "ditching the meds." But they insisted that people take "vitamin D" as a replacement.
I warned that it caused hyper-calcification and would kill their heart. They scoffed at me. I stopped making friends. Well, 25 years later, the ones choking down the vitamin D are now dead.
I'm 50 yo...but not dead! In fact, I ran 5 miles this morning and went to the gym.
A customer emailed me this morning to wish me well over the holiday and to say;

Vitamin D is among the most poisonous things you can put into your body...and as you're witnessing, so many "professionals" are calling it natural without knowing what the hell they're talking about.
There is no such thing as natural vitamin D.
Neither D2 or D3 exist in any food in nature...
Vitamin D is and always will be synthetic and poisonous.
It's not a vitamin.
It's a man made hormone that stops the heart and stiffens the arteries.
Naturally occurring, extra-virgin cod liver oil is a tremendous supplement to take. It has compounds similar to vitamin D but different enough to not kill you. It's a great anti-inflammatory and helps slow the aging process while giving the immune system an extra kick in the ass.
For direct anti-inflammation for the body and brain, Daily Dose is a wonderful addition. Turmeric and Boswellia are damn near the Holy Grail for preserving our joints and our cognitive function...it's no surprise that Boswellia from Frankincense was - fittingly for the season - a gift from the "three wiseman."
Many people will insist that their vitamin D level test low...Pharma designed these tests for people to fail!!! In other words, the same people selling the chemicals are the same ones selling the tests!
It's a fact, the Vitamin D TEST IS A FRAUD...and yet millions of people are letting doctors use it to put them on the very toxic and very deadly "vitamin D."
Little do they know...vitamin D is a synthetic poison known as a xenobiotic that is responsible for a massive rise in calcification and heart failure.
It's not a vitamin and nobody on earth has any "requirement" for it because it's a CHEMICAL MADE IN A LAB AND RESEMBLES NOTHING FROM NATURE.
That means you can stop taking the useless test and stop taking the poison...
Yet, like parrots chirping non-stop, users insist, "I have low levels, chirp, chirp chirp..."
Promotion for vitamin D is “business as usual” for the drug, food, and vitamin industries:
They work to instill fear and confusion designed to blur the lines between synthetic and natural to sell you a "cure." And they’ve done it with a “deficiency hypothesis” that has everyone getting tested for vitamin D.
(A "deficiency hypothesis" means that they tricked you into thinking you needed a Franken-chemical to replace sunshine by suckering you into believing you were "deficient.").
Reminder to self:
-----> Nobody is deficient in laboratory derived chemicals or nasty chemicals pulled from sheep's wool using caustic chemicals...nobody.
Today's “low” is defined by the very industry selling vitamin D!
...patients are told they are at greater risk for rickets, infection, cancer, broken bones and a bad haircut if they don't take the lab chemicals labeled as vitamin D.
It's not true!!!!!!!!!
Inevitably though, this has patients running to the nearest pharmacy to choke down vitamin D.
Today, Big Pharma cartels BASF and Hoffman-La Roche are the largest manufacturers of vitamin D.
Cooked up in sterile chemistry labs, the white powder is crammed into a capsule and essentially labeled as being analogous to sunshine.
But pills are not sunshine. And sunshine is NOT vitamin D. Sunshine is sunshine. When you get sun, you are not getting anything similar to what you are choking down from a f@#cking bottle on the shelves of a clean and crisp "organic" grocery store.
Yet, vitamin D is so popular that old ladies now brag about taking the “drug disguised as a vitamin” to their hairdressers, friends, and family. Athletes post pictures of it on their Instagram pages.
In reality, vitamin D is as close to sunshine as a Tootsie Roll is to chocolate. But worse than fake chocolate, the lab-derived chemical is deadly to your heart and cardiovascular system.
If you're using a vitamin D test to rationalize taking the very toxic "vitamin D," you absolutely are killing yourself in slow motion.
Here's the science:
“Vitamin D is not really a vitamin,” wrote scientists for The New England Journal of Medicine. That’s because it’s a synthetic compound made by pharmaceutical chemists that disrupts your hormones and skin biology! After all, your body has ZERO requirement for anything made in a lab!
Scientists for Colorado State warned that, “The term vitamin D is, unfortunately, an imprecise term referring to one or more members of a group of steroid molecules. Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol is generated in the skin of animals when light energy is absorbed by a precursor molecule 7-dehydrocholesterol. Vitamin D is thus not a true vitamin, because individuals with adequate exposure to sunlight do not require dietary supplementation.”
For something to truly be a vitamin, it must provide your body with an essential nutrient from nature. Since vitamin D is a steroid made on a lab bench, by definition it’s a drug, not a nutrient or vitamin. It’s an impostor. It has “vitamin-like” activity, which initially tricks the body into thinking it has sunshine hormones.
But in a short time, this biological ruse causes a devastating outcome known as calcification. This is best shown by vitamin D’s historic use as rat poison.
Prior to the vitamin D scam, cholecalciferol was packaged and fed to rodents as a means of eradicating the pesky creatures. In their report, “The Endocrine System,” the University of Colorado reminds us, “Ingestion of milligram quantities of vitamin D over periods of weeks or months can be severely toxic to humans and animals. In fact, baits laced with vitamin D are used very effectively as rodenticides [rat poison].” This is in stark contrast to naturally produced sunshine vitamins, and it isn’t hard to understand.
Once swallowed, the copycat hormone vitamin D bypasses our innate protective mechanisms found in the skin (where we produce an array of similar, but very healthy compounds) and liver, while throwing our hormonal balance out of whack. This “plugs” up the body and heart with calcium, which leads to heart failure, kidney damage, and more. Most times, this is felt early on as:
- Low Energy - Constant Thirst - Poor Focus
Just get sunshine or not...no matter what, vitamin D pills will kill you.
...Ironically, the sun was previously known as Apollo, the God of Medicine. And yet, consumers go to great lengths to avoid it - thanks to the propaganda - while popping the “sunshine vitamin.” Their loss.
It’s brilliant marketing from an industry known for swindling consumers. But for the less gullible, sensible sun exposure is perfect…and for the winter months, a little bit of extra virgin cod liver oil will suffice to preserve health.
Responsible sun exposure (minus the sun block) and the subsequent release of sunshine hormones from the skin has proven to directly ward off infection, cancer and depression, as well as a number of other serial killers like obesity and type II diabetes.
If you can’t get enough sunshine then just get more exercise, not f@#cking pills.
Highlighting the Vitamin D pill controversy, The New York Times recently wrote that “The excitement about their [vitamin D pills] health potential is still far ahead of the science.”
