The lunacy that spawns snowflake, lawsuit happy, entitled nanny state
liberals originates from Los Angeles. It must be something in the water.
Calling LA home, I always avoided the water and the people. The latest
dribble, “Chipotle Slapped With Lawsuit Following Calorie Miscount.”
Apparently, Chipotle misbranded their chorizo burrito to appear less
calorically rich than it really is…but who gives a shit.
Chipotle owes you nothing but an alternative to the greasy, chemical shit
storm that's McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell and the like…
How is this news?
You want them to count your calories correctly?
You want them to eat the fucking burrito for you, too?
Why not, you’d be guaranteed zero calories and a lighter load courtesy of
your shrinking ass. This is the first tenant of the highly successful,
Stop Eating So Fucking Much Diet.
Fact is, counting calories is highly overrated.
Sure, to lose weight, you must burn more calories than you eat. But that
doesn’t mean you need to count calories and it certainly doesn’t mean
starving yourself.
Effective and permanent fat loss is not about deprivation and denial or
having the willpower to overcome nagging hunger for days on end by counting
calories. In fact, as long as you eat satiating foods, you should rarely be hungry at
all, never count calories, and always maintain a caloric deficit, effortlessly.
That's because, your body was designed to do the counting for you…just like
it regulates heart beat, breathing and for some, thinking.
But if your hormones are fucked from meds, artificial flavors, sugar,
