Should Pilots Take Lipitor?
Last summer my family and I completed 2100 miles in our 1962 Mooney M20C!
We left Los Angeles and flew South the the Baja. First, we headed
to San Felipe for fuel, then on to Loreto Bay.
My two kids loved flying the smooth, moist air of Mexico beaches.
My pregnant wife appreciated the lack of turbulence that comes with flying south.
From Loreto we flew direct to Calexico, CA. After a burrito, we lifted out
of the sweltering heat to head Northeast to Colorado. That was one hell
of a day! Tail winds and heat bumps that would knock a fighter out kept me on my toes at 11,500.
We eventually made Durango, CO. It took all of my endurance and
focus to keep everything steady over the seven hours of flight...
I started thinking about pilots on drugs. Lipitor, in particular.
Lipitor is an absolute no-no for pilots. It lowers testosterone, essentially stealing
manhood and also causes memory and mental function to erode...Is there anything worse for pilots?
To illustrate, read my latest FREE report on Lipitor at the link below.
Sadly, a physician made a comment about one of his close friends who
was using the popular drug:
"Six months later, Sam’s wife called me to ask if anything could done for
Sam. He was still on the statin anti-cholesterol drugs, as well as the acid
blocking drug ( PPI), and Sam’s condition had deteriorated to the point
he was now too weak to walk, and was confined to a wheel chair in a nursing
home, In addition, Sam showed signs of early dementia." - Dr. Dach, MD
