I've met a few saints in my life.

I was lucky.

They had exceptional spirituality, diplomacy and kindness.

Same with a few monks...

But, I'm not any of those!

Both are known to focus on one, solitary task, day in and day out.

Many times, they become savants in their chosen expertise and everything
works seamlessly...

I'm not that good.

And I sure as f@#ck am not that nice.

It's hard for me to sit down and write books...

It's hard for me to answer the phone...

(My mom has called me several times in the last 3 months and I've only
been able to return the call once!)

Just doing one solitary thing is way out of my league.

I'm all over the place...

I'm rearing 4 kids...well 3 now, Lily moved on to greener pastures and opened
her own lab at 18 years old, dropped out of college at orientation...

I homeschool my 14yo, which typically means I throw a book at him and
tell him to get reading....and read more.

I wake my wife up early in the morning to put skin on skin.

I go to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 4 times a week...

I coach wrestling 3 times a week.

I maintain and fly my airplanes at least twice a week...

I read for 30 minute daily...

And, for 3-5 hours a day, I try to make jokes about life, chemistry and
stupid a$$holes who talk (or write emails) more than they think...as
The People's Chemist.

See. I'm terrible.

But, there's one thing I'm great at.

...designing medicine.

No, it's not the sh#t you find at the f@#cking pharmacy that's killing
everyone:

- Statins
- Insulin
- Blood pressure meds
- Aspirin

And it sure as hell isn't the f@#cking synthetic vitamins shoved into
hypromellose glue disguised as a "veggie cap" like:

- Vitamin D
- Folic Acid
- Vitamin C

I mean c'mon, "If everyone is selling the same sh@t
then everyone is selling SH@T!"

You don't have to be a chemist to use this simple logic to protect
yourself!

This dude wasn't:
