Currently, there’s no governing body to dictate how a botanical medicine, vitamin or supplement should be tested for Quality Control (QC). Therefore, you have no idea what you’re getting, ever!
The only way to choose a true botanical product is to verify its purity and potency using state- of-the-art chemistry testing methods.
And nobody is doing it but me.

I use techniques known as High-Performance-Liquid- Chromatography (HPLC) and sometimes Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). These are the same QC methods I used as a medicinal chemist for Big Pharma and my own company, The People’s Chemist.
My QC methodology validates:
that all suggested products are naturally sourced (botanical) and not made in a lab (synthetic). I also carefully screen for impurities such as pesticides, heavy metals, preservatives, and microbes from viral or bacterial contamination. And most importantly, I measure the active, medicinal ingredients in every batch. In other words, if it was an orange extract being sold as a natural source of vitamin C, my testing would differentiate between ascorbic acid—often sold as “vitamin-C”—and naturally occurring vitamin C. Finally, I also verify the quantity.
Nobody else provides that deep level of quality verification. In total, my QC tests guarantee that every product is natural, non-toxic and safe to ingest.
