But once they hit 6 or 7 years old, the real challenges begin. Grappling, weight lifting, jogging, burpees...By the time Lily was 12 she was ranked in the top 10 for Olympic Lifting.
My son Blair was ranked top 10 in wrestling.
It wasn't the winning that mattered. It was the failure and the suffering it took to get there.
