It was just practice, but I have a video posted on my blog of
my favorite gym "superset" - Lea-Ann demonstrates!  Learn it and
tell me if you can do it.  Repeating this set 5 times would suffice as
an upper body workout for the busy professional...It could be completed
in 15 minutes.
