Starting Dose: All dosing is done AFTER A MEAL. The capsules were made to open and close. Most of you will not start with a full capsule.
If you weigh less than 200lbs, only take 1/8 to 1/4 of a capsule.
If you are over 200lbs, only start with 1/2 of a capsule.
How to open capsule: When taking the ingredients from the capsule, twist red and black ends until it opens. Pour that amount into a glass of water, and drink. Close capsule and save that portion for the next time.
Dosing is spread out by 1-5 days.
It takes about one hour to be in your body. You may get a slight “flush” after this time. This is good, it’s working. But it should not be too overwhelming. If you take too much you will get a headache.
